NAVIGANCE ANNOUNCES NEW SAFE™ VERSION 1.0

Las Vegas, NV - May 13, 2003 - Navigance, developer of SAFE™ (Secure Aviation Facility Environment), for Airports, FBOs and other aviation facilities is pleased to announce the release of SAFE Version 1.0, including new Strategic Partners.

Field testing of Version 1.0 is underway at Million Air Houston and Denver Centennial Airport, with an official release of this more advanced and robust SAFE System expected on May 26th. With over a year and a half of development and initial sites at BKL, SLC and TEB, several Systems are in design and underway across the country. New features include the Galaxy Systems Access Control products integrated with current Strategic Partner Sagem Biometric fingerprint system, new Samsung digital color cameras featuring 25X zoom and industry leading WDR technology providing higher resolution, new Navigance SAFE Server including the SmartSight nDVR, networked Digital Video Management System providing integrated CCTV wireless video delivery, NATA SkyGuard interface and enrollment options, Contrec wireless refueler and fuel farm system integration, and NNSI, National Network Systems, appointed as national project manager.

With the new Cisco design for SAFE and SAFEPort™, entire Facilities and Airports will have a secure network and shared tenant highspeed internet access resulting in lower cost and reduced interference with potential to generate a new revenue stream. Using the latest Cisco 802.11b technology offers dependability plus scalability for future upgrades thereby reducing obsolescence concerns. By utilizing Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to establish secure end-to-end private network connections over a public networking infrastructure, Cisco has extended perimeter security and maximized intrusion protection to the System architecture. A new program developed by Navigance called Wi-Fli will enable Aviation Facilities to feature the latest national trend of wireless Internet connectivity known as a "hot spots."

Finally, the SAFE System is supported with an annual Tech Support program and "Helpdesk" service. All components include extensive warranty and support up to 3 years in most cases.

The complete line of Navigance products and services and the new Version 1.0 will be demonstrated at the 2003 AS3/GSE Convention in Las Vegas at booth #5075.
