NAVIGANCE DEVELOPS WIRELESS INTERNET FOR GENERAL AVIATION NAMED Wi-Fli™

Las Vegas, NV - May 13, 2003 - Navigance Technologies Group, developer of SAFE and SAFEPort, a "Secure Aviation Facilities Environment" solution for Airports, FBOs and other Aviation facilities, is pleased to announce the development of Wi-Fli. Following the fast-growing trend of wireless Internet "Hot Spots' across the country, Wi-Fli is designed for the needs of General Aviation as either a standalone system or as a part of the Navigance SAFE or SAFEPort. These integrated technology systems of video surveillance, recording and monitoring, access control and wireless, bring about the most unique and comprehensive security system available for General Aviation today.

As the national program grows, operators will benefit from Wi-Fli branding with recognition by customers that highspeed wireless Internet is available at their facilities. The System allows for connectivity for not only facilities and tenants, but also on ramps and at fuel farms and remote locations on the field. The Wi-Fli network allows for other wireless enabled devices and products to be connected to the Internet. An example is the interface of Contrec's "Avtrac" wireless refueler system.

Wi-Fli uses Cisco Systems secure wireless products to power the network and to enhance the SAFE System integration. Cisco has extended perimeter security and maximized intrusion protection to the System architecture. Using the latest Cisco 802.11b technology offers dependability plus scalability for future upgrades thereby reducing obsolescence concerns.

Wi-Fli carries up to a three year warranty and is supported by the Navigance "Helpdesk" service. A Leasing program is also available through ILC, a division of Provident Bank.

The complete line of Navigance products and services is being demonstrated at the 2003 AS3/GSE Convention in Las Vegas at booth #5075.
